I’m Steph Briggs, a UK-based marketing consultant, copywriter and digital marketing manager with 25 years’ experience and 10 years running my own eCommerce business.
I’ve run a physical shop, sold online, managed customer service, dealt with stock, margins and staffing, and built marketing systems that had to work in the real world, not just look good on paper.
That experience shapes how I work. I don’t treat marketing as a collection of tactics. I look at how it supports the business as a whole.
My role is to bring clarity, direction and confidence, especially when things feel messy or overcomplicated.
