A bit about me

Hi, I’m Steph Briggs.

I’m a marketing consultant, copywriter and digital marketing manager with 25 years in marketing and 10 years as a director of an eCommerce business. I’ve run a physical retail shop, sold online, handled customer service face to face, dealt with returns, margins, stock and staffing, and then built Shopify systems to support all of that digitally.

I understand Shopify from the point of view of someone who’s had to make it work on the shop floor as well as on screen.
