A bit about me
Hi, I’m Steph Briggs.
I’m a marketing consultant and copywriter with 25 years’ experience, and I’ve spent 10 years running my own eCommerce business. I’ve also run a physical shop, managed customer service, dealt with staffing, stock, margins and all the practical realities that don’t show up in marketing textbooks.
That means I don’t look at marketing in isolation. I look at it in the context of how your business actually runs.
My role isn’t to give you more to do. It’s to help you make better decisions.
