Delivery, Shipping & Payment Policy

Steph Briggs Marketing provides consultancy, copywriting, digital products, speaking and related marketing services.

As most services are delivered digitally or in person, there is usually no physical shipping involved.

Digital products and downloads

Digital products and downloadable resources are delivered electronically.

Where applicable, download links or files will be sent by email to the email address provided at checkout or during purchase.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

If you do not receive your download or access email, please check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch.

Consultancy and project work

Consultancy, copywriting and project-based work may be delivered through a combination of:

• Email

• Online meetings and video calls

• Shared documents

• File transfer services such as WeTransfer

• Website or platform updates

• Written reports, recommendations or project documentation

The exact delivery method will depend on the nature and scope of the project and will be agreed before work begins.

Project timelines and delivery dates will also be agreed as part of the project scope.

Online consultancy and meetings

Online consultancy sessions are usually delivered by video call using an agreed platform.

Meeting links and any relevant joining information will be provided in advance.

Face-to-face consultancy

Face-to-face consultancy is available by prior agreement.

Any travel, accommodation or additional expenses required for in-person work will be discussed and agreed before booking.

Speaking and events

Speaking engagements may be delivered online or in person.

Online speaking sessions will be delivered using the event organiser’s preferred video or webinar platform.

For live events, the location, timings, travel arrangements, expenses and any other practical requirements will be agreed directly with the event organiser as part of the booking.

Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project work is billed as follows:

• 50% deposit payable before work begins

• 50% balance payable on completion of the agreed project

• Final invoices are payable within 7 days

Work will normally begin once the initial payment has been received.

For larger, longer-term or ongoing projects, alternative payment schedules may be agreed in advance.

Consultancy sessions, digital products, training, speaking engagements and other services may have different payment arrangements depending on the booking or agreement.

Any specific payment terms will be confirmed before purchase or before work begins.

Changes to project scope

Quotes and project fees are based on the agreed scope and brief.

If the scope of a project changes significantly after work has started, any additional work or costs will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Delivery delays

Every effort is made to deliver work within agreed timescales.

If a delay occurs, I will communicate this as soon as possible and agree a revised delivery date where necessary.

Client delays, including late feedback, missing information or changes to the agreed brief, may also affect delivery times.
